Dua Reminder is built on a strict zero-data model. The application requires "no account, no advertising". You are never asked to provide an email address, create a profile, or sign in.

2. Completely Offline Operation

The software "works entirely on your phone" and "never connects to the internet at all". By design, the release version requests "no internet permission at all," meaning the operating system itself physically prevents the app from transmitting any data off your device.

3. Device Permissions

The app requests a total of "six permissions" strictly to enable core offline features. These govern essential on-device functions, such as scheduling alarms and notifications so the app can alert you at your chosen times. None of these permissions are used to harvest, access, or broadcast your personal information.

4. No Tracking or Analytics

We do not monitor your behavior, screen time, or usage patterns. There are "no ads, no tracking," and the app contains absolutely "no advertising, no analytics, no crash reporting". The foundational guarantee is that "nothing about how you use it is recorded anywhere but your own phone".

5. Data Storage and User Control

Any data generated by your use of the app—such as your customized reminders, the city you choose for prayer time calculations, or your saved library items—resides exclusively in your device's local storage. You maintain total control over this information and can use the Settings menu to "erase everything the app remembers about what you have read". Uninstalling the app from your device will permanently wipe all associated local data.

6. Policy Updates

Because the app operates 100% offline and collects zero personal data, any future changes to this policy will strictly reflect functional updates or new offline capabilities.
